Daniel Mitchell initially started Clean and Gone as a rubbish removal company. His carpentry skills, knowledge and experience within the construction industry both Australia-wide and overseas allowed Clean and Gone to evolve and expand. After much success with projects, building relationships of longevity, confidence and trust with our clients and industry demand, Clean and Gone expanded to encompass defit, commercial demolition and strip out services. Clean and Gone are an award winning demolition and defit company, specialising in hard access projects.We concentrate on providing our clients with a sustainable option for internal strip out and light demolition. Whether you require multi-floor office strip outs or a tenancy defit with full project management you can rely on us. We take on all projects with care and consideration for the general public, other tenants and the building manager’s rules and requirements. Our use of small Hino tip trucks mean we don’t place bins in already crowded loading docks and they give us an edge in splitting loads to be recycled. We understand the challenges our clients face with demolition in areas that are occupied and we will schedule for night work, ensuring the site is clean for the next day. We aim to complete projects with minimal disruption ensuring the satisfaction of everyone involved.
