Clean and Gone recognise the importance of environmental protection and comply with all Environmental Regulations, Legislation and Approved Codes of Practice relating to the process and activities of the Company. It is our objective at Clean and Gone to cooperate with and maintain good relations with all regulatory authorities and bodies. Through the use of careful management and education, Clean and Gone can undertake works with minimal impact on the natural environment.

Clean and Gone believe we have a responsibility to the environment, we understand that with the correct planning and a little extra effort we can reduce waste going to landfill and increase the use of salvaged items.

We have been innovative in our approach to sustainability including donating the fit out of the Adidas store in the Burke Street Mall to a Sydney charity shop. Click here to read their letter of thanks.

We have sourced a model collectors club who have a keen interest in display cabinets and have dismantled two shoe shops back of house shelving that have been re-used in new projects.

We have dismantled an almost brand new Beachculture shop in Crown Casino wrapping and boxing it up for storage in our factory to be re-used in three different shop fit outs for Billabong. We have also supplied Billabong with salvaged items to be used in their display windows and fit outs.

We have also worked with The Body Shop de-fitting a store for them and re-fitting it as a temporary store while they construct there new one, this is both cost saving and sustainable, proving that with the right planning sustainability can be a viable option.
